This is the BEST dairy free sour cream you will ever have! It’s quick to whip together, the ingredients are simple and easy to find and you can throw it on anything from a baked potato to tacos! - 1 cup raw soaked cashews (6-8 hours soaked)
- ¼ cup water
- 3 TBS lemon juice
- 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Drain water from cashews. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Store in the refrigerator for at least 1hour before serving for best consistency.
- If you are short on time I have a cheat on the soaking method. I use hot water and soak the cashews for about 15-20 minutes. This works like a charm.
