- 1 1/2 cups organic garbanzo beans
- ¼ cup tahini
- 3 TBS olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Juice from one lemon
- Splash water if needed
- Parsley and pine nuts for garnish
- Put everything in food processor or blender and mix until creamy! Add more water if you don't like it really thick. Great to spread on sandwiches, use for veggie dips or just plain old pita! Indulge!
